|Recommended: YesGreat value Good location — After looking around at several other options, Dittmar Edlandria was the best value. I moved here a year and a half ago and have not regretted it. A reasonable price with utilities included, good location with access to buses, Van Dorn Metro within walking distance, local shopping in easy reach, good parking availability, and a storage location for bicycles. The resident portal online transition could have been better by providing some guides to identify that some optional fields like company are not an optional, but overall it has been a good experience.

|Recommended: YesBest place to live in Alexandria. — It's like living in your private home with all the utilities and Amazing and Professional staff and execelllent maintenance. Only reason I will ever move out if I buy my own place till then I'm enjoying my stay in these well maintained homes.

Very highly recommended — I have been living here for over a year now and have not come across any issue with the management or the apartments itself to give me a second thought about moving out. I referred a few friends here and they are pretty satisfied and happy with everything.
|Recommended: YesFirst 90 Days — Being from the deep south and moving into this area was a huge financial shock However, finding this hidden gem has been a blessing. I'm not big on animals so if you have pets they don't allow them. You don't pay for parking which I think is crazy to pay for parking in a building you pay rent for a northern thing . It is very quiet around here for winter but I don't know what the spring and summer time will be like so I will have to do a update. The only complaint I have so far is my neighbor above me lets her kids run up and down the hallway in the apartment which is really rude and I have asked them for the kids to play a little softer it is cold outside . You don't pay any crap like valet trash pickup you just take your trash to a central location in the complex. The staff is very nice. My leasing person was Jesse and he has been outstanding Washers, dryers, microwave, all utilities included, free parking, gym, great staff....I have found my home
