|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment Complex — The property is well maintained and staff especially in the office are professional, friendly, and helpful. The apartments are very spacious closets with plenty of space inside and concerns and issues receive a quick response and turnaround time. The walls are pretty sound proof a real plus , though the neighbors above you can be a nuisance if not respectful and considerate. The grounds are always nicely maintained. Security is good and I really like the front secured front door entrance. I even feel comfortable walking around the complex in the late evening near dusk.
Parking is not the best especially if guests need to spend the night. I understand why parking spaces are limited and with guests, tenants would not have spaces , but it does not help the tenants with guests.
I am enjoying my stay and would NOT leave this complex to move to another unless there were so much more offered. I have done the research.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to leave. Clean, quiet and maintenance is satisfactory. The only recommendation i can suggest is having a play area for kids. Kids, including my own have to use neighboring play area closeby for convenience. — Amazing. Community is clean and maintenance is top notch.

|Recommended: YesThe property is clean, no noise, buildings are clean inside outside and accessible — if you're looking for a quiet place that is clean as well, this is the community you'll be looking forward to it. the only issue you'll facing is getting your furniture inside the house especially if you have a big couch but other than that nothing is bothering us.

|Recommended: YesA pleasant community to avoid hectic city life. — Edlandria is an affordable community, both with rent and its included utilities. Parking is generally easy to be near enough to your building, and it's nice to not be overlooking a major highway. It's away from yet close enough to the DC Metro Area. The area feels safe and welcoming.
No reserved guest parking, and some driving spots are a little beat up, but nothing to truly complain about. Overall, I would highly recommend living hear before settling down in a typical home.
