|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 4 years and are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff and leasing staffs are pretty darn good — The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment.

It is quite safe cozy, good for its price and the community is simply great. — We just moved in this apartment and we are very delighted to learn that the community is very friendly. Maintenance and upkeep in general is not only fast but also responsive. The community is well kept orderly and the staff are very friendly. I feel safe and comfortable living in this place. I hope that it stay this way This property apartment is therefore highly recommended.

|Recommended: YesYou get more than what you pay for it — A quite neighborhood, fully equipped interior, well maintained with ample parking spot as long as you are coming home in reasonable time and all this with amazing price. I say don't judge apartment by its price tag.

Even though I have only been here for a few weeks, I feel very comfortable in my unit and I love the space I have here. The few times I have needed maintenance, they have come very quickly and did a great job. The area is quiet and clean, as well.
